▶ Insiders Program – Privacy Notice
This is an extension of the general Privacy Policy.
- To manage the Insiders program, I collect your contact details (name/email) specifically to send draft updates and gather feedback.
- By joining, you agree that I may collect general engagement data to improve the program and future publications.
- Data is used solely for the purpose of the Insiders group and will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Data handling and third-party tools
- Current setup:
At the moment, sign-up data for the Insiders program (name and email address) is collected via a Google Form, which means the data is processed and stored by Google as part of that service. Any further communication and draft distribution is currently handled manually by me. - Future automation:
This manual setup is unlikely to scale long-term, so I am actively exploring tools that could partially automate draft distribution and communication with Insiders. If and when I decide to use such a tool, I will update this notice accordingly and contact each member of the Insiders group individually to explain what would change and to request explicit consent before any data is shared or processed through a new system.
